As part of BASF\u2019s graduate program, Talogy also designed and delivered an assessment centre using Caliper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Development and pathways:<\/strong> The Caliper Profile has been further leveraged for a range of employee development activities within BASF.
