international business growth, Alterian selected Talogy to support the delivery of change and a culture of people engagement. To underpin sustainable success, we were asked to develop and support a world class executive leadership team and integrate talent from acquisitions into the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Talogy designed and delivered an executive director development programme. This incorporated coaching and leadership talent assessments and was supported by a succession of team development interventions to increase aligned leadership productivity and success, conducted over a four-year period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Result<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;The impact of the program was dramatic and contributed to subsequent business growth of more than 1000 per cent over four years.
