As part of a broader talent development strategy, Kingfisher\u2019s sourcing function wanted to improve internal mobility and strengthen leadership pipelines. The goal was to establish a transparent and structured career pathway from Merchandiser to Product Sourcing Manager (PSM), to Regional Sourcing Manager (RSM), and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
