Georgina Stokes is an experienced Business Psychologist, with a breadth of experience across the talent lifecycle in multiple industries spanning private, public and non-profit sectors. Her varied experience incudes selection and assessment, performance appraisal and career development, leadership development, training design and delivery, and coaching and personal development. She holds a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology which informs her evidence-based approach as a practitioner. Georgina is a qualified test-user for a wide range of psychometric instruments (ability and personality) and is a graduate member of The British Psychological Society.
