Amberlicia has project led, managed and executed the design and implementation of internal talent acquisition processes, young talent programs and talent pipelining projects both in Malaysia and internationally with companies such as Western Digital and L’Oreal. She is skilled in areas of Leadership change management, leadership development and assessment, Psychometric data analytics, project and client management . She is also versed in using psychometric assessments to provide better insight into talent selection and development decisions to better align talent strategy with organisational goals. She has worked with a wide range of organisations on a multitude of Talent Management projects and has gained extensive experience within the areas of assessment/development delivery, personality profiling, volume sifting, selection and development, competency design, 360 -degree feedback and training delivery. Additionally, she is also actively involved in branding, marketing and communication initiatives especially in the context of HR, talent acquisition and talent development.
