Miriam McCallum, M.S. has worked as a senior leader where she was a member of the SLT, as well as other roles within various organisations within the pharmaceutical sector. She ran her own organisation for 10 years before joining Talogy in 2012. Grounded in Behavioural and Humanistic Psychology, Systemic Approach, Gestalt and Person Centered theory, Miriam’s approach brings focus, facilitates personal insight and increases self-awareness in the process of making deep mindset shifts and behavioural change. As a qualified Executive Coach, she regularly works with senior leaders, board members and Chief Executives. Typical areas of focus include transition and change, interpersonal effectiveness, team development, conflict resolution and influencing skills.
