Einstellungsverfahrens f\u00fcr Fachkr\u00e4fte in der Fertigung mit einem Volumen von \u00fcber 10.000 Bewerber:innen an vier Standorten. Der Einstellungsprozess umfasst eine Bewerbung, Talogys produktionsspezifische Assessment-L\u00f6sung (fr\u00fcher bekannt als Select Assessment\u00ae for Manufacturing (SAM)), technische Tests und Bewerbungsgespr\u00e4che. Talogy wurde damit beauftragt, die Effektivit\u00e4t des Auswahlsystems zu bewerten, eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung anzustreben und den Prozess durch die Standardisierung des Bewertungsprofils f\u00fcr alle Standorte und die Feinabstimmung des Bewertungsprofils auf die neuen Einstellungsanforderungen des Unternehmens zu verbessern. Die G\u00fcltigkeit der Entscheidungen wurde bewertet, und es wurden Anpassungen vorgenommen, um G\u00fcltigkeit, Fairness und Effizienz zu maximieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die L\u00f6sung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unser tiefgr\u00fcndiges produktionsspezifisches Online-Assessment wurde eingesetzt. Es misst die Schl\u00fcsselkompetenzen, die f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche T\u00e4tigkeit in der Fertigungsindustrie erforderlich sind. Es gibt mehrere Messgr\u00f6\u00dfen, darunter Pers\u00f6nlichkeit, kognitive F\u00e4higkeiten und situative Beurteilung. Es gibt auch interaktive Simulationen, die f\u00fcr die Bewerber:innen sehr interessant sind. Ziel der Untersuchung ist der Nachweis, dass es einen statistischen Zusammenhang zwischen den mit Talogys produktionsspezifischer Assessment-L\u00f6sung gemessenen Kompetenzen und der von den Vorgesetzten bewerteten tats\u00e4chlichen Leistung am Arbeitsplatz gibt. Es ist erwiesen, dass Mitarbeiter:innen, die im Assessment eine hohe Punktzahl erreichen, in der Regel auch eine hohe Bewertung ihrer Arbeitsleistung erhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ergebnisse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Arbeitsleistung wurde von den Vorgesetzten bewertet. Zu den verschiedenen Bereichen der Arbeitsleistung geh\u00f6rten insbesondere: Aufgabenleistung, kontextbezogene Leistung und Gesamtbewertung. Die Aufgabenleistung bezieht sich auf die Erf\u00fcllung von Aufgaben, die in den Arbeitsanforderungen festgelegt sind, w\u00e4hrend die kontextbezogene Leistung das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter:innen beschreibt, das f\u00fcr das Unternehmen von Nutzen ist, aber au\u00dferhalb der festgelegten Arbeitsaufgaben liegt. Bei der Gesamtbewertung wird der Gesamteindruck des Vorgesetzten von der betreffenden Person beurteilt. Die Gesamtleistung ist eine Kombination aus diesen drei Bereichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Bewertung stand in signifikantem und positivem Zusammenhang mit der Gesamtleistung, der Aufgabenleistung, der kontextbezogenen Leistung und der Gesamtbewertung. Wie aus dem Diagramm hervorgeht, werden die am schlechtesten bewerteten Bewerber:innen mit den am besten bewerteten Bewerber:innen in Bezug auf die prozentuale Bewertung der Arbeitsleistung verglichen. Als durchschnittliche Leistung gilt das 50. Perzentil. Diejenigen, die bei der Bewertung am besten abschneiden, haben eine deutlich h\u00f6here Arbeitsleistung (\u00fcberdurchschnittlich) als diejenigen, die am schlechtesten abschneiden (unterdurchschnittlich).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus bewerteten die Vorgesetzten kontraproduktives Arbeitsverhalten (CWB), das den Zielen des Unternehmens abtr\u00e4glich ist, wie z.&nbsp;B. verbale Auseinandersetzungen mit einem Kollegen\/einer Kollegin, Missachtung von Unternehmensrichtlinien und unangek\u00fcndigtes Fernbleiben von der Arbeit. Hoch bewertete Arbeitskr\u00e4fte zeigen seltener CWB. So ging der Anteil an CWB im Vergleich der Mitarbeiter:innen mit den h\u00f6chsten und den niedrigsten Bewertungen um 56&nbsp;% zur\u00fcck.
