Das Unternehmen betreibt \u00fcber 800&nbsp;Lebensmittelm\u00e4rkte in Innenst\u00e4dten in ganz Frankreich und hat mehr als 9.000&nbsp;Besch\u00e4ftigte. Schon immer erhielt Franprix viele Bewerbungen, aber mit Einf\u00fchrung des neuen ATS-Systems im Jahr 2018 stieg die Anzahl sprunghaft an: 40.000&nbsp;Menschen bewarben sich auf nur 3.000&nbsp;freie Stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Einzelhandelsbranche war zur gleichen Zeit ein erheblicher Wandel im Verbraucherverhalten zu beobachten: Franprix und seine Wettbewerber mussten deshalb kundenorientierter werden. Dies beeinflusste auch das ideale Profil f\u00fcr Mitarbeiter:innen in den L\u00e4den: W\u00e4hrend der Fokus bisher auf effizienten Abl\u00e4ufen und Geschwindigkeit lag, sind heute Serviceorientierung und der Aufbau einer Kundenbeziehung wichtig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angesichts dieser Tatsachen entschloss sich Franprix, den konventionellen Einstellungsprozess&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;das manuelle \u00dcberpr\u00fcfen von Lebensl\u00e4ufen, ein Telefoninterview zur Vorauswahl und eine Gruppen-Einstellungs-Session&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;durch eine modernere Assessment-L\u00f6sung zu ersetzen. Durch die Vorauswahl von Kandidaten, deren Werte zur Marke passen, hat Franprix schon vor dem Bewerbungsgespr\u00e4ch alle Ziele erreicht:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Effizienz beim Screening einer gro\u00dfen Anzahl an Bewerbungen: <\/strong>Nachdem die manuelle Pr\u00fcfung der Lebensl\u00e4ufe durch Franprix Capture ersetzt wurde, ben\u00f6tigte das Unternehmen wesentlich weniger Ressourcen. Dadurch verringerte sich die Vorbereitungszeit f\u00fcr Gruppen-Einstellungs-Sessions von 2 Tagen auf 2 Stunden.
